Profile

With her vast experience and education in clinical nutrition, Lora Day has served as a Registered Dietitian for many healthcare programs. She now serves as a lecturer for the Healthcare Studies Program, specializing in Nutrition. She also serves as a clinical instructor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where she received the Outstanding Teacher Award in 2012.
